LHS Physical Education

Physical education is essential for the emotional, intellectual, physical, and spiritual wellness of the “whole child" of God. This curriculum is developed to give each student learning activities and opportunities to ensure they will successfully understand and apply the necessary tools and skills for a healthy lifestyle.  We believe physical education is a primary vehicle for our students' all around well-being. Physical education classes develop strong character traits, inspire life-long learning, instill teamwork, and foster responsibility and respect.
