Project Lead The Way (PLTW) has strong relationships with colleges and universities across the U.S. More than 150 institutions of higher education actively recruit PLTW students and provide recognition opportunities, including admissions preference, scholarships, and course credit.
Several universities and colleges throughout Minnesota offer college credit recognition to students who complete PLTW courses from certified high schools. While Lourdes High School is not certified yet because we are only in our second year of program implementation, we have been given permission by PLTW affiliates to offer credit to our students. We will begin the certification process in our third year of implementing PLTW.
Eligible students receive college credit recognition from Minnesota affiliate universities, Minnesota State Mankato, St. Cloud State University, and University of Minnesota. Students must earn a class grade of 85% or higher, taken the college end of course assessment with a passing grade of at least 70%.
Please check the university or college you plan to attend as each institution acknowledges Project Lead the Way uniquely.
